The app at a glance
OpenBooth has three worlds: Pre-Org (login, account, org picker), Org area (channels, studio, team, billing, stats) and Public (listener page, embeds, guest waiting room).

Which pages you see depends on your role. Members don't see billing; guests don't see org navigation. - 02
Pre-Org (before org selection)
Pages not bound to a specific organization:
/account: your profile, language, password, delete account/select-organization: list of your orgs if you're in several/login//register: sign-in & sign-up/join/,/invite/,/speak/: token flows for invitations
Visible to all signed-in users (token pages need a valid link).

Dashboard (org home)
/[org]/dashboardis the entry point into an organization.- Active & scheduled sessions, quick actions
- Plan status + hints (e.g. limit reached)
- Your own stats tiles
Visible to admin & member. Guest sees the waiting room instead.

Channels
/[org]/channels&/[org]/channels/[slug]handle broadcast management.- List of all channels with status
- Channel detail: title/cover/visibility/PIN, speakers, ingress (OBS), invites
- Create channel (admin only), delete (admin only)
List: admin & member. Detail page: host & admin only.

Stream Studio
/[org]/stream/live/[channelSlug]is where you broadcast from.- Speaker mixer, your own audio mix
- Q&A, reactions, announcements, live
- Host: end/title/invite, speaker moderation, limit banner
- Wallet live counter (host only) for AI features
Enter studio: admin, host, speaker, guest. Host actions: host/admin only.

Statistics
Two stats areas:
/[org]/statistics: org-wide numbers, session drawer, charts/[org]/my-stats: your own sessions
Both: admin & member. Translation costs in session drawer: admin only.

Team
/[org]/teamhandles member management.- List of all members + live indicator
- Invite, change role, remove (admin only)
See list: admin & member. Actions: admin only.

Billing & Wallet
/[org]/billingcovers plan, invoices, AI wallet, BYOK.- Manage subscription, Stripe checkout, change plan
- Wallet balance, auto-recharge, monthly cap
- BYOK quota, AI-addons consent, invoices
Entirely admin-only. Member only sees plan name in sidebar/switcher.

Guest waiting room
/[org]/guest/[channelSlug]is the entrance hall for external guest speakers.- Status display (waiting / live / full / ended), auto-retry
- Direct studio entry once the session goes live
Only for guest speakers of that specific channel.

Public listener pages
Outside view, no login required:
openbooth.io/[org]/[channelSlug]: listener page, Q&A submit, reactions/embed/: embed player for your own websites- Mobile-first design, works without an account
Public or PIN-protected, depending on channel visibility.
