Plan & billing

OpenBooth offers three plans: Free for trying things out, Pro with monthly or yearly billing and a selectable listener capacity (from 100 to 500 concurrent listeners per stream, with all other limits scaling along), and Custom for individual requirements or more than 500 listeners. Concrete prices and limits live on the /pricing page.

• Upgrade: takes effect immediately, with prorated billing for the remaining month under monthly billing.
• Downgrade: takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Listener capacity: increasing it applies immediately and is prorated; reducing it takes effect at the end of the current day (UTC), and started days are billed in full.

Common credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted. Update payment method and billing address any time under Billing. We account internally in euros; at payment, our payment provider automatically converts to your local currency at the current rate, so the final amount may differ slightly.

Invoices are issued automatically and sent by email. In the billing area you'll find all invoices as PDFs to download. With a stored VAT ID, OpenBooth issues reverse-charge invoices (B2B inside EU).

If you withdraw from your Pro plan within the 14-day window, we refund the subscription payment in full. Any existing wallet balance is automatically refunded in full to your original payment method, with the usual minimum waived. If that payout fails technically, the withdrawal still stands and you contact support for the remainder. A stored own API key (BYOK) is automatically deleted from our database when you move to Free.
