Listener interaction

Enable Q&A
Q&A is optional. In studio settings switch on
Allow questions. Listeners then see a button on the public page to submit questions. - 02
Moderate questions
Incoming questions land in the studio's Q&A tab. They have a status:
- Pending: queued, waiting for moderation. Not publicly visible.
- Answered: you write an answer. Only then question and answer appear for all listeners on the public page.
- Hidden: spam or unsuitable. Disappears from listener view.
Note
Pending questions are only visible to you. That way you can sort calmly without listeners seeing unmoderated questions. - 03
Send announcements
In the
Announcementstab you send short push messages to all active listeners: program notes, links, brief status updates. Announcements are stored. You can remove them via the context menu. - 04
Allow reactions
In studio settings switch on
Allow reactions. With reactions enabled, listeners see four emoji buttons in the player:- Clap 👏
- Heart ❤️
- Fire 🔥
- Wave 👋
Reactions appear in real time in the studio. Aggregated values feed into the broadcast stats.
